Late variety, of great interest, very late to bolt. Large-sized head, round, very white and compact. Medium-tall plant, erect with full cane. It prefers fresh soil.
Being a late variety (May-June) and given the intense heat of the season, it is advisable to water at least once a week in order to prolong the harvest throughout the month of June and obtain crunchy heads.
