Typical selection of eastern Sicily, it is characterized by a fairly thick skin, crispy flesh and a very pleasant fragrance. At full maturity, it becomes quite sweet but is also used as a cucumber in salads.
Very productive and rather rustic plant, ideal both for cultivations in open field and in protected environment.
