Summer-autumn variety. Bullous, crinkly outer leaves, marginally slightly jagged, bright green in color outside, light green inside. The head, very crispy, is medium-sized and well-tight. The remarkable rusticity and vigor allow it to be used in different areas. It is collected when it has formed the full and compact head.
